WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Items usually ship within days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally, business days of purchase. You will receive an email with tracking information when the order ships.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you don't love it, return it.  We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after it is delivered, you may return it within thirty (30) business days and receive a full refund for the price of the product.  

Shipping charges will not be refunded. We do not supply pre-paid shipping materials for returns, or cover the returned merchandise shipping fees.  We will issue your refund within (24-48) hours of receiving the returned merchandise.

To return your merchandise, please contact us for the return address and always include your ORDER NUMBER and FULL NAME.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes, you can change an order that is already submitted unless it's Being Fulfilled. Please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible with your change requests, and label the subject line:  CHANGE MY ORDER, and make sure to include your full NAME and ORDER NUMBER. We cannot guarantee any changes can be made once an order has been Fulfilled.
